Licensed in Texas and practicing law since 2011, Daniel focuses primarily on transactional matters and business counseling, guiding clients through everything from contract strategy to big-picture decision-making.
A graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, Daniel brings a sharp, direct approach to his work—tempered by a relationship-driven style that makes him a true partner to the entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners he represents.
Outside the office, Daniel and his wife live in Georgetown with their three dogs.
Ben is a skilled litigator and trusted legal advisor, known for his calm presence and formidable negotiation skills.
Licensed in Texas since 2015, Ben focuses on business litigation and real estate matters, representing clients in disputes that demand both strategy and resolve.
He earned his J.D. from Albany Law School, and brings a straightforward, results-oriented approach to every case. Whether resolving a commercial lease dispute or protecting a client’s interest in court, Ben is a tenacious advocate who understands the business realities behind every legal issue.
